In March 2009 we delivered the results of our new ‘Global Banking Student Survey ’, an online survey that attracted input from over 7200 students across the world’s leading 520 universities. It provided seven of our banking clients and us with the very latest insight into students thinking about the banking sector as a place to start their careers, and what they think are the factors with the greatest influence on the banks in this challenging time.
These new invaluable findings are being used to help the banks deliver more targeted and effective graduate recruitment campaigns in 2009/10.
Delivering perfect execution with quick turnaround is part of banking culture and we act as an extension of that, consistently delivering our promise of world class communications even in the shortest timescales. Our in-house producers, production teams and our project management skills are consistently of the highest quality, as demonstrated by our various awards for our innovative websites and engaging films. Our attention to detail and entire production methodology gives our clients the confidence and reassurance that we will deliver their projects both on time and to budget.
As the graduate recruitment sector evolves, so too must our communications offering. It may be that some graduates are attracted by state-of-the-art digital solutions, or that film and video is the best way to convey a communication to others– either way we always need to be one step ahead, knowing how best to tailor our delivery to each demographic.
Marketing success is built behind creative delivery, but not at the expense of the corporate brand. Creativity is vital, and a core aspect of what we provide, but we pride ourselves at being able to guard the brand of the client, interpreting their requirements and delivering it to their audience with an appropriate mix of creativity and corporate integrity.
We established ourselves in the graduate recruitment market in 1997 with the delivery of one of the first ever global banking graduate recruitment marketing campaigns. It was the changing of the tide as banks responded to the cost-effective control of a global sector by appealing to the market on a global scale.
Amid the rising global market, we added dedicated graduate recruitment resources across our agency. We know that expert insight is the lynchpin of communications, and it’s the intuitive understanding formed by strong client relationships and our own specialist knowledge that adds value to what we provide.
We understand that many people contribute to the planning and staging of successful company meetings and presentations. Not only the company’s management and internal teams, but their external advisors too.
We have staged meetings for businesses who are under fierce scrutiny. Others where the circumstances of the business are more serene. Whatever the situation, external advisors play a vital role in helping the business fulfil its statutory and wider corporate obligations, and manage its reputation as effectively as possible.
We work closely with our clients’ external advisors at company meetings to ensure that they each have the resources they require fully to deliver their clients’ objectives.

We work in close partnership with our clients’ internal teams, and also with their external advisors – lawyers, registrars and accountants.
