HSBC International Management Graduate Recruitment Campaign

For the third consecutive year, HSBC asked Crown to produce an all-media online campaign to help recruit potential employers to the role of International Management.

International Managers are not assigned to a specific division of HSBC – they move from country to country with relatively short term assignments, and though it is a position that is accessible to graduates from across the globe, the requisite skill sets and interests are somewhat specific.


We developed an all-encompassing online media campaign. We gave the existing Crown-built HSBC website a stylish makeover and incorporated a variety of inspirational features, including a six part film that we shot across four continents. In collaboration with HSBC we designed, wrote and developed a brand new downloadable brochure and produced comprehensive campus presentation software content and support. We also designed assets for an IM intranet, and we supported all of these features with stunning global stills and photography.


All content was written and developed with the current economical climate very much in mind and an empathy with the market that demonstrates the value of our insight. By delivering all available media channels into one comprehensive and accessible package, we have once again showed our prowess as an inspirational communications agency.
